Overview

The Viewmate Universal Tablet Holder is a Dataflex mount designed to bring a tablet into an ergonomic workstation setup, positioning it above the desk at a comfortable spot or alongside a secondary display. Rather than leaving a tablet flat on the desk, the holder allows it to be suspended at a suitable height and angle, making it a practical addition for anyone who regularly works between a tablet and a computer.

Flexible Adjustment

A spring-loaded gripping mechanism is designed to hold almost any tablet securely, with a grip range of 150mm to 260mm and support for devices up to 14mm thick. The holder keeps the tablet in place whether it’s rotated to landscape or portrait mode, allowing the orientation to be changed to suit the task at hand.

Simple Installation

The tablet can be inserted or removed easily from the holder, making it convenient to switch between working with the tablet mounted and using it elsewhere. The holder is designed to be mounted on a monitor arm, which is not included, so an existing or separately purchased VESA MIS-D 100 x 100mm compatible arm is required for installation.

Quality & Finish

The grippers that hold the tablet in place are made from a soft synthetic material, helping to protect the tablet’s casing from scratches or marks while it’s held securely in the mount.

Important Delivery Information

Please check all items carefully on arrival. Any shortages, specification errors, or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or by the end of the next working day. We cannot guarantee to honour claims reported after this period.

Returns and Cancellation Information

Returns & Your Right to Cancel (Retail Customers)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item cost (excluding original delivery, installation, or training fees).

What You Need to Know:

Keep all original packaging. Items returned without original packaging are not refundable.
Notify us of your intent to return by phone or email within the 14-day period.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, insured courier.
OE Group is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit during return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Contact us to obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN) before sending items back. This must be clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

Customised or Made-to-Order Items

Products built to your specific requirements (e.g. chairs with non-standard features) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty or damaged in transit.

Software Products

Software that has been opened, downloaded, or activated is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Faulty Items & Manufacturer Guarantees

Chairs: 5-year guarantee (2 years for 24-hour use chairs)
Desks & Accessories: 1-year guarantee

Guarantees cover normal use. Misuse or unauthorised modification voids coverage. All items are subject to inspection at OE Group before action is taken. At our discretion, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund within the guarantee period.
