Overview

The Viewmate Mobile Workstation is a Dataflex trolley designed to create a data entry or computing workstation wherever it’s needed, without being tied to a fixed desk. Built to hold a monitor, keyboard, mouse and a small form factor computer, it allows a full working setup to be wheeled to a different location and used straight away, making it well suited to environments such as warehouses, retail back offices, healthcare settings or any workplace where computing needs to move with the task.

Supports Sit-Stand Working

All parts of the workstation, including the monitor mount and the keyboard and mouse platform, are independently height adjustable, allowing the trolley to be set up for either sitting or standing use. This means the same unit can be shared comfortably between different users or adjusted throughout the day to encourage movement between positions.

Practical Workplace Integration

Large lockable castors, 75mm in diameter, allow the trolley to be moved easily around a workplace, including over doorway thresholds, while locking in place once positioned to keep the workstation stable during use. The keyboard and mouse platform tilts and adjusts in depth to suit the user, and the small form factor computer holder is designed to fit devices between 65mm and 111mm thick, up to 350mm in height. The monitor mount is compatible with VESA MIS-D 75 x 75mm and 100 x 100mm monitors, supporting a weight of up to 15kg.

Simple Installation

Clamp levers on the height adjustable parts allow the trolley to be quickly set to the required height and then locked securely in place, while cable covers keep cables gathered neatly along the frame rather than left loose or trailing.

Please check all items carefully on arrival. Any shortages, specification errors, or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or by the end of the next working day. We cannot guarantee to honour claims reported after this period.

Returns and Cancellation Information

Returns & Your Right to Cancel (Retail Customers)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item cost (excluding original delivery, installation, or training fees).

What You Need to Know:

Keep all original packaging. Items returned without original packaging are not refundable.
Notify us of your intent to return by phone or email within the 14-day period.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, insured courier.
OE Group is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit during return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Contact us to obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN) before sending items back. This must be clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

Customised or Made-to-Order Items

Products built to your specific requirements (e.g. chairs with non-standard features) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty or damaged in transit.

Software Products

Software that has been opened, downloaded, or activated is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Faulty Items & Manufacturer Guarantees

Chairs: 5-year guarantee (2 years for 24-hour use chairs)
Desks & Accessories: 1-year guarantee

Guarantees cover normal use. Misuse or unauthorised modification voids coverage. All items are subject to inspection at OE Group before action is taken. At our discretion, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund within the guarantee period.
