Overview

The Viewmate Mobile AV Workstation is a Dataflex trolley designed to hold a TV screen or monitor together with a media device, making it a practical choice for company presentations, meeting rooms and classrooms. Because the trolley can be wheeled to wherever it’s needed, it removes the need for fixed AV equipment in every room, while its independently adjustable mount and platform help ensure the display can always be set at a suitable viewing height for the audience.

Flexible Positioning

Both the screen mount and the media device platform are independently height adjustable, allowing the display to be raised or lowered separately from the media device beneath it. This makes it easier to find the right viewing angle for different rooms, audience sizes or seating layouts.

Practical Workplace Integration

Large lockable castors, 75mm in diameter, make the trolley easy to move between rooms, including over doorway thresholds, before locking in place to keep the unit steady once positioned. The mount is compatible with VESA 200 x 100mm, 200 x 200mm and 400 x 200mm screens and supports a weight of up to 15kg, while the media device platform can hold most media devices and takes a maximum load of 10kg.

Simple Installation

Clamp levers on the height adjustable sections allow the trolley to be set to the required height quickly and then locked securely in place, while cable covers keep cables gathered together neatly along the frame.

Important Delivery Information

Please check all items carefully on arrival. Any shortages, specification errors, or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or by the end of the next working day. We cannot guarantee to honour claims reported after this period.

Returns and Cancellation Information

Returns & Your Right to Cancel (Retail Customers)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item cost (excluding original delivery, installation, or training fees).

What You Need to Know:

Keep all original packaging. Items returned without original packaging are not refundable.
Notify us of your intent to return by phone or email within the 14-day period.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, insured courier.
OE Group is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit during return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Contact us to obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN) before sending items back. This must be clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

Software that has been opened, downloaded, or activated is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Faulty Items & Manufacturer Guarantees

Chairs: 5-year guarantee (2 years for 24-hour use chairs)
Desks & Accessories: 1-year guarantee

Guarantees cover normal use. Misuse or unauthorised modification voids coverage. All items are subject to inspection at OE Group before action is taken. At our discretion, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund within the guarantee period.
