Overview

The Viewmate Fully Adjustable Monitor Arm – Single Monitor is a Dataflex monitor arm designed to suit a wide range of users thanks to its extensive adjustment options. The arm allows the monitor to be tilted, swivelled, rotated and adjusted in both height and depth, giving each user the ability to set up their screen exactly as needed. Its robust, straightforward design makes it a cost-effective way to add ergonomic monitor support to a workstation.

Flexible Adjustment

A clamp lever allows the monitor height to be set easily, giving a static height adjustment range of 275mm, while independent depth adjustment lets the screen be moved closer or further away as needed. The monitor can be tilted 90° forwards and backwards, swivelled 90° in each direction and rotated a full 360°, with the arm itself also swivelling a full 360° for added flexibility in positioning.

Practical Workplace Integration

Compatible with VESA MIS-D 75 x 75mm and 100 x 100mm monitors, the arm supports a weight of up to 15kg and monitors up to 820mm in height. It’s supplied with both a desk clamp mount and a bolt-through desk mount, suiting desktop thicknesses from 5mm to 40mm with the clamp, or up to 50mm using the bolt-through option. Cable covers and loop ties are also fitted to the arm, helping to keep cables guided neatly rather than left loose across the desk.

Returns and Cancellation Information

Returns & Your Right to Cancel (Retail Customers)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item cost (excluding original delivery, installation, or training fees).

What You Need to Know:

Keep all original packaging. Items returned without original packaging are not refundable.
Notify us of your intent to return by phone or email within the 14-day period.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, insured courier.
OE Group is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit during return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Software that has been opened, downloaded, or activated is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Faulty Items & Manufacturer Guarantees

Chairs: 5-year guarantee (2 years for 24-hour use chairs)
Desks & Accessories: 1-year guarantee

Guarantees cover normal use. Misuse or unauthorised modification voids coverage. All items are subject to inspection at OE Group before action is taken. At our discretion, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund within the guarantee period.
