The Viewmate Anti-Theft Computer Holder, part of the Dataflex range, is an under-desk mounting bracket designed to secure a desktop CPU in place while keeping it off the floor. Its main differentiator is a built-in anti-theft mechanism: once the bracket is locked, the computer cannot be removed, making it a practical choice for shared offices, public-facing desks or any environment where equipment security is a concern.
Beyond simply lifting a computer off the floor, this holder is designed with theft prevention in mind. The lockable mechanism holds the CPU firmly within the bracket, so it can’t be lifted out or taken once secured, giving added peace of mind in environments where computers are left unattended.
The holder mounts underneath the desktop using a ‘stick and screw’ fixing method, allowing it to be installed securely without complex fitting work. All necessary fasteners are supplied, so it’s ready to fit straight out of the box.
Height and width adjustment allows the bracket to be set to match the dimensions of the computer being mounted, accommodating a wide range of CPU sizes. Constructed to support a maximum weight of 20kg, it’s suited to everyday desktop computers used in office settings.
