Overview

The Dataflex Viewgo Pro HD Dual Heavy Monitor Arm is designed for larger and heavier dual-screen workstations. Dynamic Adjustment

The monitor arm provides 310 mm of dynamic height adjustment, with height and depth controlled using an integrated handle. Each screen can also be adjusted independently for depth, tilt, swivel and rotation, allowing the monitors to be positioned in portrait or landscape orientation.

Precise Dual-Screen Alignment

A dedicated mechanism within the crossbar enables precise horizontal levelling, helping both monitors remain evenly aligned. The adjustable tension spring supports smooth movement and is covered by a lifetime warranty, while the built-in tension gauge makes it easier to match the spring resistance to the weight of the monitors.

Flexible Installation

The Viewgo Pro HD Dual Heavy Monitor Arm includes both a top-access desk clamp and a bolt-through desk mount. The clamp is suitable for desktops between 14 and 40 mm thick, while the bolt-through fitting supports desktops up to 60 mm thick.

A protective rubber anti-slip coating helps secure the mount without scratching the desktop. The tools required for installation are also included.

Quality & Finish

The main components are manufactured from aluminium to provide dependable support for a dual-monitor setup. Standard VESA quick-release fittings simplify monitor installation and removal, while integrated cable clips help keep power and display cables neatly routed. Returns and Cancellation Information

Returns & Your Right to Cancel (Retail Customers)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item cost (excluding original delivery, installation, or training fees).

What You Need to Know:

Keep all original packaging. Items returned without original packaging are not refundable.
Notify us of your intent to return by phone or email within the 14-day period.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, insured courier.
OE Group is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit during return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Guarantees cover normal use. Misuse or unauthorised modification voids coverage. All items are subject to inspection at OE Group before action is taken. At our discretion, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund within the guarantee period.
