Overview

The Dataflex Viewgo Pro Dual Monitor Arm is a dual-monitor arm designed to create a more ergonomic and space-efficient workstation. It supports two monitors up to 24 inches, with each screen weighing between 0.5 and 4 kg. Dynamic height adjustment and independent depth control make it easier to position both displays comfortably while freeing valuable desk space.

Ergonomic Adjustment

The monitor arm provides 300 mm of dynamic height adjustment, with height and depth controlled using an integrated handle. Each monitor can also be adjusted independently for depth, tilt, swivel and rotation. Portrait and landscape positioning are supported, allowing the workstation to be configured for different tasks and viewing preferences.

Precise Dual-Screen Alignment

A specialised crossbar mechanism enables accurate horizontal levelling, helping both monitors remain evenly aligned. The adjustable tension spring supports smooth movement and is covered by a lifetime warranty, while the built-in tension gauge makes it easier to match the spring resistance to the weight of the monitors.

Flexible Installation

The Viewgo Pro is supplied with both a top-access desk clamp and a bolt-through desk mount, making it suitable for a wide range of desks. Protective rubber anti-slip coating helps create a secure, scratch-free connection with the work surface, and the required installation tools are included.

Quality & Finish

The main components are manufactured from aluminium, providing dependable support with a clean professional appearance. Standard VESA quick-release fittings simplify monitor installation and removal, while integrated cable clips help keep power and display cables neatly organised. The monitor arm is available in white and black.

Returns & Your Right to Cancel (Retail Customers)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item cost (excluding original delivery, installation, or training fees).

What You Need to Know:

Keep all original packaging. Items returned without original packaging are not refundable.
Notify us of your intent to return by phone or email within the 14-day period.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, insured courier.
OE Group is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit during return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Chairs: 5-year guarantee (2 years for 24-hour use chairs)
Desks & Accessories: 1-year guarantee

Guarantees cover normal use. Misuse or unauthorised modification voids coverage. All items are subject to inspection at OE Group before action is taken. At our discretion, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund within the guarantee period.
