The resultant ‘dynamic sitting’ stimulates the muscles, helping to prevent back strain or alleviate existing pain. Just as importantly, this stimulation retards the natural build-up of muscle tension, helping to lessen the effects of tiredness.

The unique split back pads of the ‘Duo-Back®©’ are positioned halfway between the top and bottom of the spine so that when reclined the lower sections of the pads move forward straightening the spine and pelvic girdle. This is a vital point often stressed by both back specialists and office ergonomists.

Height adjustable, the backrests correctly support the back of any person. The space between the pads allows the spine to move freely. Instead of putting pressure on the spine, support is evenly distributed throughout the back muscles.

The backrests are pivotally mounted enabling them to move in all three axes – forwards and backwards; up and down and left to right. It means that the back is fully supported in all positions. Uniquely, the mountings provide the back with ‘active support’. The shape and mobility of the backrests ensures that they follow the contours of the back as it moves, varying the support needed and stimulating muscle tone and blood circulation. Duo-Back®© is office ergonomics perfectly applied.

Returns and Cancellation Information

Returns & Your Right to Cancel (Retail Customers)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item cost (excluding original delivery, installation, or training fees).

What You Need to Know:

Keep all original packaging. Items returned without original packaging are not refundable.
Notify us of your intent to return by phone or email within the 14-day period.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, insured courier.
OE Group is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit during return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Software that has been opened, downloaded, or activated is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Faulty Items & Manufacturer Guarantees

Chairs: 5-year guarantee (2 years for 24-hour use chairs)
Desks & Accessories: 1-year guarantee

Guarantees cover normal use. Misuse or unauthorised modification voids coverage. All items are subject to inspection at OE Group before action is taken. At our discretion, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund within the guarantee period.
