The Evoluent Vertical Mouse 4 is a fantastic updated version of the much loved Evoluent Vertical Mouse. New to this model is an extended lip which prevents you rubbing your little finger on the desk, adjustable laser sensor, pointer speed indicators, lit Evoluent logo, improved thumb rest and two thumb buttons.

Its patented ergonomic shape supports your hand in a relaxed handshake position, ensuring the arm is not twisted.
It has five programmable buttons, carefully positioned to prevent the user contorting their fingers as is often required with ‘traditional’ mice.

The fast 1000dpi optical sensor reduces the hand movements needed to move the pointer, reducing fatigue.
Special features include vertical scroll, auto click and click lock.

Compatible with any computer with USB and Android devices.

Apple Mac Software Compatibility Notification

Older versions of the Evoluent software were certified to work with earlier versions of Mac OS. When this OS is updated to later versions, the Evoluent software no longer works. Due to each Mac OS update requiring Evoluent to go through an intensive process to re-certify Evoluent’s Mac software, Evoluent is no longer providing software for programming VerticalMouse Bluetooth and Mac models.

Evoluent software is still compatible with the following Mac OS versions only, 10.5 (Leopard), and 10.6 to 10.14 (Snow Leopard to Mojave). However, since Mac computers automatically update OS, most are now running OS that the Evoluent software are no longer compatible with.

The compatibility of the Evoluent Bluetooth Mac mice, white and black is specified below and includes the following advice for different users of the Evoluent Bluetooth Mac mice.

Users who use only default functions

If users have installed a newer Mac OS for which Evoluent don’t have software, the user is advised to uninstall the Evoluent software. The default functions will then be restored.

Users who use button programming

If users have installed a newer Mac OS for which Evoluent don’t have software, the user can uninstall the Evoluent software and then install third-party software to programme the buttons from usboverdrive.com, (OE Group and Evoluent are not affiliated with USB Overdrive and any downloads are undertaken at the users own risk). The software is optional, with the VerticalMouse having default functionality without it.

Compatibility

  • Bluetooth versions are compatible with Mac only. Not compatible with Windows.
  • Default mouse functions are supported in Mac OS.
  • No Evoluent software is available for Mac OS.

Important Delivery Information

Please check all items carefully on arrival. Any shortages, specification errors, or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or by the end of the next working day. We cannot guarantee to honour claims reported after this period.

Returns & Your Right to Cancel (Retail Customers)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item cost (excluding original delivery, installation, or training fees).

What You Need to Know:

  • Keep all original packaging. Items returned without original packaging are not refundable.
  • Notify us of your intent to return by phone or email within the 14-day period.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, insured courier.
  • OE Group is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit during return.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Contact us to obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN) before sending items back. This must be clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

Customised or Made-to-Order Items

Products built to your specific requirements (e.g. chairs with non-standard features) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty or damaged in transit.

Software Products

Software that has been opened, downloaded, or activated is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Faulty Items & Manufacturer Guarantees

  • Chairs: 5-year guarantee (2 years for 24-hour use chairs)
  • Desks & Accessories: 1-year guarantee

Guarantees cover normal use. Misuse or unauthorised modification voids coverage. All items are subject to inspection at OE Group before action is taken. At our discretion, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund within the guarantee period.

  • We’ll issue a GRN (Goods Return Number) and may arrange a site visit or collection (charges may apply for larger items)
