The ErgoSlider Plus+ can be used with both hands and is therefore appropriate for left and right handers. It doesn’t matter which hand size you have because you navigate with your fingertips. The ErgoSlider Plus+ is a mouse which is suitable for everyone. All button functions on the Ergoslider Plus+ are centred on the manoeuvre panel for access and natural tactility on the keyboard. The comfortably soft removable wrist support gives a nice rest for the wrist and can be supplemented, when necessary with a larger and deeper support for increased comfort. In comparison to a traditional standard mouse, the central mouse is always in the correct position right in front of the body. In this way reaching out to the mouse is avoided. This keeps the body straight and the arms in a natural position close to the body. In addition, the movements are distributed in both arms and shoulders, instead of one arm. The result is a more relaxed posture during computer work.

You can update the firmware of the Ergoslider Plus+, switch the DPI setting to improve the mouse speed to your liking and program the productivity buttons to a function of your choice. You can choose from:

For all serial numbers that end with EM11BE10102200 or higher it’s possible to configure the functions via a download of this program*.

Returns & Your Right to Cancel (Retail Customers)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item cost (excluding original delivery, installation, or training fees).

What You Need to Know:

Keep all original packaging. Items returned without original packaging are not refundable.
Notify us of your intent to return by phone or email within the 14-day period.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, insured courier.
OE Group is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit during return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Software that has been opened, downloaded, or activated is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Faulty Items & Manufacturer Guarantees

Chairs: 5-year guarantee (2 years for 24-hour use chairs)
Desks & Accessories: 1-year guarantee

Guarantees cover normal use. Misuse or unauthorised modification voids coverage. All items are subject to inspection at OE Group before action is taken. At our discretion, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund within the guarantee period.
