The CoreChair Elite is an ergonomic active-sitting chair for office and professional workspaces, combining a 14-degree multi-directional movement mechanism with a supportive, flexible upper back designed to encourage dynamic sitting.
The chair supports a stable pelvis while allowing the spine and upper body to move naturally, helping users vary their position throughout the working day. Independent seat height and depth adjustment, adjustable movement resistance and an easy-to-adjust upper back allow the chair to be fitted to individual users.

The CoreChair Elite is an ergonomic active-sitting chair designed to encourage movement while providing support for the pelvis, spine and upper body. Instead of restricting movement, its patented movement mechanism allows up to 14 degrees of articulation in all directions, enabling users to make small positional changes while seated.
The chair combines a sculpted seat, pelvic stabiliser and flexible upper back to support a balanced sitting position. This makes it particularly suited to users who want greater freedom of movement than a conventional office chair provides, while still benefiting from structured support.
The CoreChair Elite is designed around active sitting, where small movements and changes in position can take place naturally during everyday work. The movement mechanism allows the chair to tilt in multiple directions, while adjustable resistance lets the user control how freely the chair responds to movement.
This dynamic design allows users to shift their position without leaving the chair or adjusting a conventional backrest. Regular changes in position can help keep the body more active during periods of seated work and may help reduce the stiffness associated with remaining in one position for extended periods.
The sculpted seat is shaped to support pressure distribution and help prevent the user from sliding forwards. The integrated pelvic stabiliser supports the upper pelvis, helping maintain a more balanced sitting position rather than encouraging slumping.
The Elite model adds support through the thoracic region with a height-adjustable upper back. Its tapered shape provides support without unnecessarily restricting movement, while the flexible Smart Spine design allows the back support to move with the user’s body.
The relationship between the seat, pelvic support and back pad is designed to allow the spine to move while the pelvis remains supported. This can be particularly useful for users who prefer an active sitting position and those looking for additional upper-back support when reclining.
The two wider sections of the pelvic support incorporate discreet areas for resting the elbows when leaning backwards. These remain relatively unobtrusive during more upright, active sitting, helping preserve freedom of movement without conventional armrests.
The upper back can be adjusted independently to help achieve a suitable ergonomic fit for different users. The chair is designed to accommodate people approximately 1.50 m to 2.00 m tall.
The seat uses a durable 3D-knit stretch fabric with a traction feature as standard, providing a supportive and breathable seating surface. The chair’s construction uses recycled materials, supporting a more considered approach to material use.
The CoreChair Elite combines its movement system with straightforward adjustments for seat height, seat depth, upper-back height and movement resistance. A treaded base provides foot support while seated.
Overall stated user range: Approximately 1.50 m to 2.00 m
