Compact desktop power with integrated USB fast charging

Capsule Plus and Capsule are practical desktop power units designed to bring power and fast USB charging directly to the workspace. Each unit combines 2 UK power sockets with a twin-port USB Type-A and Type-C fast charger, helping users charge multiple devices conveniently at their desk.

High power USB charging

Capsule Plus – 65W Power Delivery, capable of charging many laptops, tablets and smartphones.
Capsule – 18W Power Delivery, ideal for charging mobile phones and smaller devices.

The adaptive USB charger automatically provides the appropriate charging level for connected devices, delivering efficient and reliable charging.

Integrated power and safety features

2x UK sockets with individual on/off switches and LED indicators
USB Type-A and Type-C twin-port fast charger with LED indicators
2x 3A resettable circuit breakers for added protection (UK versions)

Flexible connectivity for AV and data

Capsule units include two keystone apertures supplied as data blanks. These can be modified to accommodate a range of AV or data keystone couplers, allowing additional connectivity to be added whenever required.

Important Delivery Information

Please check all items carefully on arrival. Any shortages, specification errors, or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or by the end of the next working day. We cannot guarantee to honour claims reported after this period.

Returns and Cancellation Information

Returns & Your Right to Cancel (Retail Customers)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item cost (excluding original delivery, installation, or training fees).

What You Need to Know:

Keep all original packaging. Items returned without original packaging are not refundable.
Notify us of your intent to return by phone or email within the 14-day period.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, insured courier.
OE Group is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit during return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Contact us to obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN) before sending items back. This must be clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

Products built to your specific requirements (e.g. chairs with non-standard features) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty or damaged in transit.

Software Products

Software that has been opened, downloaded, or activated is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Faulty Items & Manufacturer Guarantees

Chairs: 5-year guarantee (2 years for 24-hour use chairs)
Desks & Accessories: 1-year guarantee

Guarantees cover normal use. Misuse or unauthorised modification voids coverage. All items are subject to inspection at OE Group before action is taken. At our discretion, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund within the guarantee period.
