Overview

The Addit Cable Protector is a Dataflex floor accessory designed to cover and protect cables running across walkways and office floors, while also reducing the risk of trips. It’s built with sloping, non-skid edges and separate internal channels for data and power cables, making it a practical choice for offices, meeting rooms and shared workspaces where cables need to cross open floor areas. The protector is available in two lengths, 150cm and 300cm, allowing it to be matched to the length of run required.

Workplace Safety

Trailing cables are a common trip hazard in busy work environments. The sloped profile and non-skid ridges on top of the protector are designed to keep the surface secure underfoot, even when it’s regularly walked over, helping to reduce the risk of accidents around desks and communal areas.

Practical Cable Management

Inside the protector, three separate cable ducts keep data and power cables apart, which helps prevent electrical interference between them. This makes it well suited to setups where multiple cable types need to run together neatly, such as under desks, along cable runs to shared equipment, or across floors in open-plan offices.

Returns and Cancellation Information

Returns & Your Right to Cancel (Retail Customers)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item cost (excluding original delivery, installation, or training fees).

What You Need to Know:

Keep all original packaging. Items returned without original packaging are not refundable.
Notify us of your intent to return by phone or email within the 14-day period.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, insured courier.
OE Group is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit during return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Software that has been opened, downloaded, or activated is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Faulty Items & Manufacturer Guarantees

Chairs: 5-year guarantee (2 years for 24-hour use chairs)
Desks & Accessories: 1-year guarantee

Guarantees cover normal use. Misuse or unauthorised modification voids coverage. All items are subject to inspection at OE Group before action is taken. At our discretion, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund within the guarantee period.
