The Adapt 700 combines generous dimensions with robust ergonomic support for users up to 40 stone (250kg). Designed specifically for larger users, it provides a comfortable, supportive and professional seating solution without compromising on ergonomic adjustability.

Its 2.5:1 synchronous tilt mechanism allows the seat and backrest to work together while providing independent adjustment for a more personalised working position. The extra-dense composite foam seat helps prevent ‘bottoming out’, maintaining consistent support and helping to reduce pressure build-up during prolonged periods of sitting.

With a wide height range suitable for users from 1.5–2.2m and a comprehensive choice of adjustment and customisation options, the Adapt 700 can be configured to suit individual body shapes, sizes and requirements.

The Adapt 700 is part of the specialist Adapt range, designed around the principle that ergonomic seating should fit the user – not an assumed ‘average’ user.

Heat PadsThe optional heated pads will remain on for approximately 30 minutes, after this time they will automatically turn off as a safety precaution. However, you can simply turn them back on should you wish for the heat to continue.

Important Delivery Information

Please check all items carefully on arrival. Any shortages, specification errors, or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or by the end of the next working day. We cannot guarantee to honour claims reported after this period.

Returns and Cancellation Information

Returns & Your Right to Cancel (Retail Customers)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item cost (excluding original delivery, installation, or training fees).

What You Need to Know:

Keep all original packaging. Items returned without original packaging are not refundable.
Notify us of your intent to return by phone or email within the 14-day period.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, insured courier.
OE Group is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit during return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Contact us to obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN) before sending items back. This must be clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

Customised or Made-to-Order Items

Products built to your specific requirements (e.g. chairs with non-standard features) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty or damaged in transit.

Software Products

Software that has been opened, downloaded, or activated is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Faulty Items & Manufacturer Guarantees

Chairs: 5-year guarantee (2 years for 24-hour use chairs)
Desks & Accessories: 1-year guarantee

Guarantees cover normal use. Misuse or unauthorised modification voids coverage. All items are subject to inspection at OE Group before action is taken. At our discretion, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund within the guarantee period.
