OE Group is now the exclusive UK distribution partner for Ergorest, a Finnish-designed forearm support built for people who spend long hours at the desk and feel it.
Proven by design, not imitation
Ergorest is the original forearm support, trusted for over 35 years across clinical, technical, and office environments.
Its design has stood the test of time for a reason: it works.
You will see similar products on the market. Few match the build quality, durability, or movement that define the original.
Because when it comes to proper forearm support, there is only one Ergorest.
What makes it different
The Ergorest Arm Support (SKU: ER1) provides stable, desk-mounted forearm support that moves naturally with the user.
- 360-degree swivel for full freedom of movement
- Height adjustable to suit individual working positions
- Adjustable desk clamp fits surfaces from 15 to 43 mm

- Suitable for use on either arm
The Ergorest Arm Support with Mousepad (SKU: ER2) combines forearm support with an independently mounted mousepad, allowing precise control without losing arm support.
- 360-degree swivel with independent mousepad movement
- Height adjustable for aligned arm and wrist positioning
- Maintains continuous support during mouse use
Why it matters (Ergonomics)
Most desk setups leave the arms unsupported, placing constant strain on the shoulders, neck, and wrists.
Ergorest changes that.
By supporting the forearm throughout movement, it helps:
- Reduce muscle upper body strain
- Alleviate RSI symptoms
- Minimise fatigue during repetitive or precision tasks
- Encourage more natural, sustainable working postures
- Improve comfort at height adjustable desks
Where it fits
Ideal for environments where precision, repetition, or long desk hours are part of the job:
- Offices and home workstations
- Labs and technical environments
- Design, editing, and detail-focused work
- Sit-stand desks, where forearm support becomes even more critical in the standing position
Ergorest Arm Supports are available in black or cream.
Because when it comes to proper forearm support, there is still only one Ergorest.
