Ergorest

Ergorest is an effective aid in preventing a range of complaints and conditions associated with computer, office and industrial work.

Ensure the support is correctly installed and that proper ergonomic working practices are followed to achieve the best results.

When seated correctly, the head and neck should be in a natural position, and the angle between the body, elbows and knees should be greater than 100°. The chair backrest should be slightly reclined, with the feet resting on a footrest.

First, adjust the desk height to suit your seated position. Then adjust the forearm supports so that they provide light support. Avoid setting the supports too high.
