Our journey began in 2005, when Matt Oliver and Ian West founded Online Ergonomics Ltd with a clear vision: to make ergonomic solutions accessible to everyone. What started as a specialised online supplier has blossomed into a nationwide provider, transforming how organisations approach workplace wellbeing.
For over 17 years, Matt’s leadership and dedication helped establish Online Ergonomics as a trusted name in the UK. Under his guidance, we adapted to evolving workplace trends, from the rise of remote working to the growing demand for personalised solutions.
Following Matt’s retirement In 2023, Ian West took the helm, bringing fresh energy and ambitious vision to our mission. His strategic leadership expanded our technological capabilities and enhanced our service offering for dealers and partners. Tragically, Ian’s untimely passing in early 2024 left an enormous void in our organisation.
Today, under Lucy West’s leadership, we’re writing an exciting new chapter whilst honouring our rich heritage. Her vision has guided our evolution into OE Group – a transformation that goes far beyond a new name.
